La Cina comunque non è Cuba
Non abbiamo una sfera di cristallo per predire il futuro con certezza. A maggior ragione, è difficile prevedere gli sviluppi della scienza e della tecnologia, data la loro natura intrinsecamente caratterizzata da un alto grado di “serendipità”. Ma certamente i rapporti di forza complessivi tra USA e Cina, anche tenendo conto delle rispettive sfere di influenza, sono ben diversi da quelli tra USA e Cuba e anche da quelli che prevalevano tra USA e URSS durante la prima guerra fredda.
